DBank online is a Thawte Secured site and access is available only using a valid Username, Customer number and Password. Our web servers are 256 bit SSL protected, so you are rest assured that your transactions online are secure.

How to avail DBank Online:

  • Fill the registration form for DBank Online (Internet Banking) at your branch or from the Doha Bank website.
  • Your secure PIN will be sent to your branch or Mobile Phone via SMS or to your email address
  • To log on, click on ‘DBank Online Login’ link on the top right corner in header

As an Individual Customer, you can:

  • View your account statements, loans and deposits
  • Make instant transfer of funds between own accounts or to any registered beneficiaries (Doha Bank accounts).
  • Recharge Hala cards Online through Hala e-vouchers
  • Pay registered utility and other bills
  • Request for a range of services like
    1. DBank remit (Overseas Fund Transfer)
    2. Request for e-SWIFT transfers on DBank Online
    3. Account statement by post or email (e-Statements)
    4. Cheque Book
    5. ATM card related requests like Block, Cancel, Re-activate and register ATM related disputes
    6. Credit card related requests like Block, Cancel, Re-activate and reissue of PIN
    7. Register for other DBank channels like DBank Dial and DBank SMS
    8. Open new accounts with Doha Bank
    9. Add standing instructions
    10. Post feedback and complaints/grievances through Message Centre
