SELF SERVICES ON INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE MACHINE (IVR)

DBank Dial is Doha Bank’s phone banking service that allows customer to access their account information by dialing 44456000 and entering their customer number and password.


How to Register

  • Login to your Online Banking account
  • Navigate to ‘Register for Phone Banking’ located under Request Forms
  • Fill and submit the application form
  • Upon receiving your new credentials for phone banking you can dial the hotline numbers mentioned below to access a wide range of banking services

How to Use the Interactive Voice Response Machine (IVR)

  • Customer calls 44456000
  • Customer selects the language (1) for Arabic & (2) for English
  • Customer select option (3) for banking services menu
  • Customer enter customer number followed by hash key
  • Customer enter TPIN followed by hash key

  • Account Balance
  • Last 5 transactions via SMS/Email
  • Account Statement via Email
  • Credit Card Balance
  • Credit Card Last 5 transactions via SMS/Email
  • Credit Card Statement via Email

  • Fund transfer between own accounts
  • Fund transfer to 3rd Party accounts
  • Credit card Payment
  • School Fee Payment
  • Utility Bill Payment – Vodafone/Ooredoo/Kahraama

How to Reset Password

  • Access your Online Banking account
  • Navigate to Phone Banking and click on Reset Password
  • Authenticate your One Time Password
  • Receive new IVR/Phone Banking password on your registered mobile number & Email ID
